Welcome to RV RouteFinder! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the RV RouteFinder mobile application (the "Service") provided by RV RouteFinder, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

RV RouteFinder is a route planning tool designed to assist recreational vehicle (RV) owners in finding suitable travel routes. The Service calculates routes based on user-provided vehicle dimensions (length, width, height, weight), route preferences (e.g., avoiding tolls), and location data. The Service is a planning tool and is not intended for real-time navigation.

You, the operator of the vehicle, are soley responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle, your passengers, other vehicles and the general public that you encounter while operating your vehicle. The RV RouteFinder website and RV RouteFinder app is a planning tool intended to provide general guidance about potential routes. RV RouteFinder does not provide a product that is suitable as a substitute for your responsible driving. 

• Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding your vehicle's dimensions. Incorrect information may lead to unsafe or impassable route suggestions and/or cause you inconvenience for which we are not responsible.
• Safe Driving Practices: The Service is a supplemental planning aid and does not replace safe driving practices, attentiveness to road conditions, and adherence to all posted road signs and traffic laws. You, the driver, are solely and ultimately responsible for making safe driving decisions.
• Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate route information, we do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Route information, road conditions, traffic, weather, and road closures can change rapidly. 
• No Warranty of Safety or Suitability: We do not guarantee that any suggested route will be safe, suitable for your vehicle, or free from hazards. You must use your own judgment to assess the safety of any suggested route. All routes and calculations are provided by 3rd parties and RV RouteFinder, LLC provides no review, oversight or quality control of the 3rd party results.
• No Endorsement. Mention of third-party products, services, or information does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by us. 
• No Affiliation. All third-party product names, company names, and logos, including but not limited to TomTom, Google Maps, Waze, Google, Apple, and Garmin BaseCamp, are trademarks, or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by the trademark holders.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RV ROUTEFINDER, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR INACCURACIES IN THE ROUTE DATA OR OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE; (C) ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE OR PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF YOUR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Our Service relies on third-party services to function. Your use of our Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.

• TomTom: Route calculation, location search, and map data are provided by TomTom. By using our Service, you are bound by TomTom's terms and conditions which can be found at their website.
• Vercel: Our backend proxy service is hosted on Vercel. Your interaction with our Service is subject to Vercel's Terms of Service, available at their website.
• Google, Apple, and RevenueCat: Provides services that facilitate payment for in-app subscriptions and purchases.
• Google:  Provides anonymous analytics including app and website usage data.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RV RouteFinder, LLC and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions within the app or on our website.
